CX-Supervisor

GETTING STARTED
---------------

Thank you for purchasing OMRON's CX-Supervisor software. This product consists of a single
CD-ROM. Support and reference information is provided in the 'On-line Help and the user
manuals. The manuals are provided in an on-line interactive format and as a PDF file. A
hard copy manual is also supplied.

Technical Support
-----------------
For software support contact your local Omron Sales Representative or the office that you
returned your registration form to. Have your license number at hand, it will be asked for
if you contact Omron for specific questions or help concerning the use of this software
package.

No help will be available to persons who cannot submit their license number.

When contacting Customer Support, keep the following details to hand: your license number,
Product version, a clear and concise description of the problem, together with the exact
text of any error messages.

Note:	Use the About dialogue to obtain the version number of your application.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
-------------------

The minimum computer that this software should run on is:
Pentium II 600 Mhz or better CPU
at least 256 Mbytes of memory
Windows 2000 and Windows XP. 
800 * 600 VGA display
CD ROM for installation

The Recommended minimum is:
1GHz Pentium II processor, 
512 Mbytes memory, 
SVGA Windows driver (1024x768 or better recommended),
at least 650 MBytes of disk space.


Installing CX-Supervisor
------------------------

During the installation process the Software Licence Agreement will be displayed. This
informs you of Omrons terms and conditions concerning the software licensing of
CX-Supervisor. These must be read and agreed with before continuing. 

To install this software insert the CD in the appropriate CD-ROM drive. If autorun
is set you will automatically be taken to the Install screen.  If not, follow these
steps:
1. Select Start then the Run option from the Start pushbutton on the Microsoft Windows
	taskbar.

2   Click the Browse pushbutton and navigate to the Setup command.  
    i.e. D:\Setup.exe     where D is the drive letter of the CD-ROM.

3.  Click the OK pushbutton to initiate the installation and follow the on-screen
	instructions.
